Hi from Alaska,

I have an old log home in Alaska that was built in 1929 and I am trying to learn as much as I can on re-chinking the interior logs. Initially, I thought I might try to hire someone to do them, but after watching your uTube video, I may attempt this myself. The color of my existing chinking looks the color of dark cement and I am curious what type of mixture I would use to try to achieve that color scheme. Maybe you can provide some assistance on that topic. I would really appreciate it:)

By the way, your place is amazing and inspiring...wow!

Hey Gen - LOL - That may work for some but I have no doubt most women would see right through that sly tactic and point the offender to the dog house or couch for a while. I would highly advise against that LOL.

Cool website you have! I like your work.

I thought for sure that one of the reasons would be:
If you make her think she can do it better than you won't have to do it yourself!
