I have decided to place a few acres of land that I have in the Pocono Mountains on the market.
The 11 +/- acre parcel has incredible views of the Carley Brook Valley. The East facing property has spectacular views up the valley to the North, Down the valley to the South and across the valley to the East. Standing at the top of the property there are also views looking West across the ridge tops. Pennsylvania stone walls surround the property on three sides and there is approximately 1900 feet of road frontage on Carley Brook Road - a very quiet and beautiful drive.
There also are two perc tests on the property giving you further options for placement of a septic system. The property is a stepped hill with large level areas for potential home sites.
The property is located 2.3 miles from the center of the historic town of Honesdale, Pennsylvania, the birthplace of the American railroad. Situated in the heart of the Pocono Mountains and about ten miles from the spectacular Lake Wallenpaupak and the historic town of Hawley, the area is growing and boasts a tremendous amount of activities, cultural events and historic towns.
If you would like further information on the property feel free to leave a comment or email me and I will get you further information.

Hi, I saw that you have some land for sale. I’d like more information, please. We live in Honesdale!
Thanks,
Cindy

Sounds like a gorgeous property. My spouse and I planned to go there on our honeymoon, but never made it. Perhaps someday.
Really pretty place!

Hello,
I am looking for some land. My intention is to create an RV pad and to move some of my savings into real estate. My criteria is within 1.5 hours of Quakertown Pa, 10 - 15k, NOT IN A DEVELOPMENT.
If there was an existing trailler or moduular that would be fine because the utilitys would already there.
I am planning a trip to check out a property and was hoping to see more than one. Please let me know if you have anything.

Hello Jay — Hmmm tough one — I have nothing but I’m sure that if you contact local realtors they may have something for you to take a look at
