I have decided to place a few acres of land that I have in the Pocono Mountains on the market.

How much are you looking per acre? How many acres are you looking to sale? What are property tax there? How soon are you looking to sell the properety. Do you have any other pix’s. I now live near Atlantic City and I want to get away from the rat race. Can and how is the hunting there?

I am looking for some land. My intention is to create an RV pad and to move some of my savings into real estate. My criteria is within 1.5 hours of Quakertown Pa, 10 – 15k, NOT IN A DEVELOPMENT.
If there was an existing trailler or moduular that would be fine because the utilitys would already there.

Sounds like a gorgeous property. My spouse and I planned to go there on our honeymoon, but never made it. Perhaps someday.
