Two large fresh mozzarella cheese curd sliced to about 1/4 inch thick and arranged on plate.

Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and splatter with pear vinegar.

Sprinkle with freshly chopped basil leaves and sliced tomato.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves and raspberries.
